Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 3-5 days of receiving them.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your crown has been shipped.
   

Shipping Methods & Delivery

• We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS.

• Delivery times vary by location, but most crowns arrive within 7-10 days after shipping.

• Currently we are only shipping Domestically.
   

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (or: included in the crown sponsorship/donation if that applies).

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
   

Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.

• If your crown arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Inspirationwink@inspirationwink.com and we will do our best to make it right.
   

Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
